Damhussøen
This lake on the eastern side of Rødovre forms a smooth open shape against the fine street pattern. The park around it frames the water on the map.

Mapa
Rødovre Map Poster & Print
Rødovre lies directly west of Copenhagen, and it runs into the capital without any visible break. On a map it looks like a classic Danish post-war suburb. Long, straight arterial roads carry traffic in and out of the city, and between them are neighbourhoods of detached houses, terraced rows and larger housing estates set in generous green space.
Its eastern edge is defined by Damhussøen, a lake shared with neighbouring districts. The lake and its surrounding park form a clear open shape among the streets. A stream corridor and several parks cut through the municipality, and the dense pattern of small residential plots sits next to the larger footprints of schools, sports grounds and the shopping centre.
Rødovre Town Hall, designed by Arne Jacobsen and completed in the 1950s, is regarded as a key work of Danish modernism, and the spare lines it is known for suit this kind of print well. A Rødovre map poster reads as a careful study of how Copenhagen grew outward: orderly, green and very liveable.

Arterial roads
Broad roads run out from Copenhagen through Rødovre. They divide it into distinct residential quarters and give the composition a clear structure.
Suburban grain
Rows of small house plots alternate with estates and green strips. At poster scale this becomes a detailed, calm texture of short streets and closes.

Zašto Rødovre
Mapa koja nešto znači
Rødovre is where many Copenhageners grew up, bought a first house or raised children. This map puts familiar roads, the lake and the neighbourhood you know best into one clean, understated picture.
Add a title, a subtitle such as a street name or a move-in date, and the coordinates line. Then choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Scandinavian interiors tend to suit Paper or Sand.
