Valley setting
The town fills the lower ground of a valley, so the built-up area takes an elongated shape defined by the hills that rise around it.

Mapa
Sitou Map Poster & Print
Sitou lies in the hilly interior of central Shandong, a region of low mountains, terraced slopes and river valleys well away from the coast. Towns here tend to follow the valleys, and the map of Sitou reflects that: a compact built-up area laid along a main road and the lower ground, with the terrain rising on either side.
The street pattern combines a few straight modern roads with a tighter, older fabric in between. At the edges, residential blocks give way to villages, orchards and fields that climb toward the surrounding hills. Minor roads fan out into the countryside, following the contours of the land rather than a regular grid.
A Sitou map poster is a modest, honest portrait of a working town in rural Shandong. There are no famous landmarks to lean on here, so the drawing relies on the relationship between the valley floor and the hills, the main roads that bring the town together, and the gradual thinning of streets into the landscape.

Main through road
A principal road runs through the town and carries most of its activity, forming the clearest line on the map and the axis around which smaller streets gather.
Scattered villages
Around the edges, small village clusters and country roads dot the uplands, giving the poster a quiet, textured border rather than a hard city limit.

Zašto Sitou
Mapa koja nešto znači
A map of Sitou is for people who know it personally: those who grew up here, left for a larger city, or have family still living in the town. It says something specific in a way a generic landscape print cannot, and it sits well in a calm, minimal interior.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line are yours to change, so the poster can carry a family name or a date. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. HD files are $9, and printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
