Compact street grid
Small, regular blocks fill most of the township. They form a fine, even texture that gives the poster a strong graphic presence.

Tshiame Map Poster & Print
Tshiame is a township in the eastern Free State, a region of high grassland plains with mountains on the horizon. From above, its residential streets form a close, repeating pattern of small blocks, with rows of houses on compact plots. The edges of the settlement are sharply defined where the street grid meets the open veld.
The layout reflects planned township development. Streets are arranged in regular sections, and a few longer roads connect the neighbourhoods to each other and to routes beyond. Schools, churches and sports grounds appear as larger open shapes within the grid and break the rhythm of the housing blocks.
A Tshiame map poster emphasises this density and order against a broad, empty landscape. The contrast works especially well in the minimal styles. The fine lattice of streets stands out against the pale ground around it, and anyone who knows the place will recognise its shape immediately.

Connecting roads
A handful of longer roads cut across the grid and lead out of the township. On the map they act as clear lines that organise the neighbourhoods.
Highveld edge
Where the streets stop, open grassland begins. That crisp boundary frames the settlement as a distinct shape within the wide landscape of the eastern Free State.

Zašto Tshiame
Mapa koja nešto znači
A map of Tshiame is for the people who grew up there, raised families there or still call it home, wherever they live now. It turns familiar streets into something to keep on the wall, a record of a community as much as a place.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can be personalised with a name, a section or a date that matters. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Then download HD files for $9, or order a printed poster with or without a wooden frame.
