Mapa
Yorba Linda Map Poster & Print
Yorba Linda lies in the northeast corner of Orange County, California. Its southern edge follows the Santa Ana River, and the land rises from there toward the Chino Hills. The street pattern changes with the ground. Straighter blocks near the older centre give way to curving residential loops and cul-de-sacs that fit themselves to the slopes.
The city's official motto is "Land of Gracious Living", and its layout reflects that suburban ideal. There are winding lanes, large lots, and a network of horse trails that still threads through many neighbourhoods. Parks and green belts break up the housing, and larger open spaces edge the northern and eastern hills.
Yorba Linda is also known as the birthplace of Richard Nixon. His presidential library and museum stand on the site of the small farmhouse where he was born in 1913. A Yorba Linda map poster shows the rolling grain of a hillside suburb, which is quite different from the flat grids elsewhere in the Los Angeles basin.

Cul-de-sac hills
In the eastern and northern neighbourhoods, streets bend along the contours and end in round turning circles. They create a flowing, organic pattern across the poster.
Chino Hills edge
Toward the north, development thins out and meets open hillside. This gives the map a soft, unbuilt border above the rows of homes.
