East Naples is a large unincorporated area in Collier County, Florida, just east and southeast of the city of Naples. The land is flat and low-lying, typical of southwest Florida. The Tamiami Trail, US 41, runs through the middle as the main commercial corridor.
On a map, water defines much of East Naples. Drainage canals cut straight lines through residential areas, and waterfront neighbourhoods reach into the bay with finger-like streets. To the south, the land breaks up into mangrove and estuary toward the Rookery Bay area. East Naples Community Park is known nationally as a venue for the US Open Pickleball Championships.
