Lagoon streets
Short streets and dredged channels alternate along the shoreline, forming a comb-like edge where many homes back directly onto water with their own docks.

Bayville Map Poster & Print
Bayville is part of Berkeley Township in Ocean County, New Jersey. Its map is defined by water: the long western shoreline of Barnegat Bay, cut into by narrow lagoons and dead-end streets that reach toward the water. Inland, the pattern shifts to suburban loops and cul-de-sacs, threaded along the main road running north to south.
The community sits near the mouth of the Toms River, where it widens into the bay, and looks across the water toward the barrier island. Route 9 carries most local traffic, while the lagoon streets are quieter, their shapes set by the channels dug for boats and waterfront homes.
A Bayville map poster turns that shoreline into strong graphic contrast. The irregular fringe of lagoons against the open bay is the main feature, softened by the curves of residential streets behind it. It reads clearly in every style and makes a good fit for anyone who spent summers or years on the Jersey Shore.

Barnegat Bay
The bay fills the eastern side of the map as a wide, empty plane, making the built-up shoreline stand out sharply against it.
Toms River mouth
At the northern end of the area, the Toms River opens into the bay, adding a broad, tapering body of water to the composition.
