Chaguaramas Map Poster & Print
Chaguaramas is a town in the state of Guárico, in the llanos, the vast plains that stretch across central Venezuela. The landscape here is flat and open, given over largely to cattle ranching and farming, with rivers that swell in the rainy season. On the map, the town appears as a compact grid of streets set in a great deal of open land.
Its plan follows the pattern of many Venezuelan towns: a central square, straight streets meeting at right angles, and blocks of low buildings extending outward. Beyond the last street, roads run in long straight lines across the plain towards neighbouring towns and ranches, underlining how much space surrounds the settlement.
A Chaguaramas map poster captures that contrast between a tidy town and the openness of the llanos. It is a meaningful piece for people who come from Guárico, or whose families still keep ties to the plains.

Long plains roads
Roads leave the town in long, nearly straight lines across the flat llanos, reaching towards other communities and giving the poster a sense of distance.
Open llanos setting
The surrounding plains appear as quiet, open space on the map, broken only by rivers, tracks and the occasional ranch.
