Winding old roads
Many roads follow routes laid out between farms long ago, curving over hills and around wetlands instead of following a grid.

Derry Map Poster & Print
Derry lies in southern New Hampshire, in Rockingham County, within commuting distance of both Manchester and Boston. From above, the map shows a traditional New England pattern: a denser downtown, older roads curving between former farms, and many cul-de-sacs added more recently. Ponds, wetlands and woodland fill the gaps, and Interstate 93 runs through the western part of town.
Robert Frost lived and farmed in Derry in the early twentieth century, and the Robert Frost Farm is now a historic site. Many of the poems he wrote later drew on those years. Derry is also the hometown of Alan Shepard, the first American in space, and the town marks that connection proudly.
A Derry map poster captures a landscape that grew without a plan: roads following old boundaries and hills, water scattered between them and a highway laid over the top. In black and white, the curves and ponds appear more clearly than they do in person. The result is a map that reflects the countryside Frost wrote about.

Ponds and woodland
Small ponds and wooded areas are scattered throughout the town, leaving soft, irregular spaces between residential streets.
Interstate 93
The highway crosses the western side of Derry in a long, smooth line that contrasts with the older, irregular road network.
