Dinga is in Gujrat District in Pakistan's Punjab, on the fertile plain between the Jhelum and Chenab rivers. The land is almost completely flat, and it is intensively farmed. From above, the town is a dense cluster of streets set in a wide field of cultivated land, with roads heading out in several directions to neighbouring towns and villages.
