Seine river bend
The Seine wraps around the town's edge in a wide curve, the defining line of the poster and a clear boundary between Épinay and its neighbours across the water.

Épinay-sur-Seine Map Poster & Print
Épinay-sur-Seine lies just north of Paris in Seine-Saint-Denis, on the right bank of the Seine as the river loops through the northern suburbs. The river forms the town's southern and western edge, and much of the map is organised around it: quays, riverside paths and the islands and banks opposite.
Inland, the street pattern mixes older suburban streets with large post-war housing estates, visible as open blocks with long buildings and green spaces between them. Railway and tram lines cross the town and link it to Saint-Denis and to neighbouring suburbs. The town also has a long connection with French cinema through its film studios, among the oldest in the country.
An Épinay-sur-Seine map poster captures a suburb shaped by water and transport. The curve of the Seine gives the composition a strong edge, while the mix of street patterns inland shows how the town grew over the twentieth century.

Post-war housing blocks
Large residential estates appear as open, geometric blocks with space between buildings, contrasting with the tighter streets of the older parts of town.
Rail and tram lines
Train and tram routes cross Épinay in firm lines, connecting it to Saint-Denis and to Paris, and dividing the town into readable sections.
