Compact centre
The town's streets form a small, tightly packed core. On the poster it looks like a single dark cluster, easy to find at the centre of the frame.

Iguaí Map Poster & Print
Iguaí is a small municipality in the interior of southern Bahia, well away from the coast. The town itself is compact. A few blocks of streets meet around a central core and then quickly give way to rural roads. From above, the built-up area looks like a small, dense patch in a very large landscape.
Beyond the town, the map is mostly countryside. Dirt roads follow the low hills and link farms and small settlements. A creek or stream sometimes cuts through the pattern. An Iguaí map poster captures this contrast between the tight town centre and the wide rural area around it.
Places like Iguaí seldom appear on printed maps, which is one reason they make good posters. At this scale, the local street layout is clear enough to trace a route from the main square to a house on the edge of town.

Rural road network
Unpaved roads leave town in several directions and follow the landforms rather than straight lines. They spread thin lines across the lighter countryside.
Rolling interior
The land around Iguaí is uneven rather than flat. The road pattern shows this with gentle bends and forks instead of the straight lines found on coastal plains.
