Novorossiysk Map Poster & Print
Novorossiysk lies around Tsemes Bay on Russia's Black Sea coast. From above, the bay dominates: a long, deep inlet with the city on both shores and wharves, cranes and oil terminals along the water. Behind the town, the Markotkh ridge rises sharply, and in winter it funnels the cold north-easterly bora wind down toward the sea.
It is one of the largest ports on the Black Sea. During the Second World War, the Malaya Zemlya beachhead near the bay was held for months, and Novorossiysk later received the title of Hero City. The Abrau-Durso sparkling wine estate lies in the hills to the west.
A Novorossiysk map poster shows a city shaped by its bay. The streets fan out from the waterfront, the harbour structures cut sharp lines into the water, and the ridge sets a firm limit inland.

Working harbour
Piers, terminals and breakwaters line the bay with sharp geometric forms. In black and white they read as precise marks along an otherwise smooth coastline.
Markotkh ridge
The ridge behind the city limits how far the streets can climb. Its presence shows on the map in the way the grid thins out and stops.

Näme üçin Novorossiysk
Many bar bolan karta
Novorossiysk means a lot to sailors, port workers and families with wartime stories. A map of the bay speaks to that history and still works as a clean, graphic piece for a modern room.
Add a title, a subtitle with a date or a ship's name, and custom coordinates. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Blueprint suits a maritime city well.
