Oswego Map Poster & Print
Oswego sits on the southeastern shore of Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Oswego River. On a map, the river divides the city into east and west sides. Each has its own grid of streets, and bridges link them. The lake fills the top of the frame as a wide, open plane.
The harbour, breakwaters and lighthouse mark where the river enters the lake. Fort Ontario, a star-shaped fortification, stands on the east bank above the water. The Oswego Canal leads south along the river and links the lake to the Erie Canal system, which is why the city grew as a port.
On the western lakeshore, the campus of SUNY Oswego stretches along the water. An Oswego map poster includes all of these features: the river, the fort, the grids on both banks, the campus and a long, straight shoreline.

Fort Ontario
The star-shaped outline of the historic fort stands on the east bank near the harbour. It is one of the most recognisable shapes on the whole map.
Lakeside campus
SUNY Oswego sits on the lakeshore west of downtown. Its paths and buildings follow the water's edge, facing open lake views to the north.

Many bar bolan karta
Oswego is on many walls as a college town. Graduates of SUNY Oswego want the campus and the lake they looked out over for four years. Others come for the harbour, the fort or family history in the city.
Add a class year, a street name or a pair of initials to the title and subtitle, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
