Ronkonkoma Map Poster & Print
Ronkonkoma is in Suffolk County, in the middle of Long Island, New York. Its best-known feature is Lake Ronkonkoma, the largest freshwater lake on the island, a nearly round body of water left behind by glaciers. From above, the lake is the focal point, a smooth oval surrounded by residential streets.
The Long Island Rail Road station at Ronkonkoma is a major stop on the Main Line and one of the busiest on the network, and Long Island MacArthur Airport is close by. The rail line, the airport runways and the suburban street pattern each add a different kind of line to the map.
A Ronkonkoma map poster balances those elements: the calm oval of the lake, the looping residential roads, the long straight rail corridor and the geometry of the airport. It is a clear picture of central Long Island suburbia, with the lake as its natural centre.

MacArthur Airport
The nearby airport's crossing runways add bold, angular strokes that contrast with the curving suburban streets around them.

Näme üçin Ronkonkoma
Many bar bolan karta
Ronkonkoma is where many Long Islanders grew up, commuted from or spent summers by the lake. A map with the lake at its centre is a simple, recognisable way to keep that place close.
Personalise the title and subtitle, add the year you moved in or a family name, and adjust the coordinates. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint brings out the rail and runway lines well.
