Sainte-Julie Map Poster & Print
Sainte-Julie is on the South Shore of Montreal, in Quebec's Marguerite-D'Youville regional county municipality. It sits a short distance inland from the St. Lawrence. Mont Saint-Bruno rises nearby to the southwest. The town grew mainly as a residential community for people commuting into the Montreal region.
On a map Sainte-Julie shows curving streets and crescents that fill the space between large transport corridors. Autoroute 20 cuts across the town as a broad, straight band, and it divides the older and newer neighbourhoods. Past the residential districts the map opens onto farmland and woods.
A Sainte-Julie map poster sets the looping neighbourhood streets against the hard lines of the highways. The result is a composition that is both orderly and gentle, and it suits anyone who knows the town as home, or as their first address outside the city.

Curving neighbourhoods
Residential districts are built around crescents, loops and short courts. They create soft, rounded shapes that fill most of the poster.
Rural edges
Farmland and wooded areas border the town. On the map they appear as open space and give the dense streets a clear outline.
