Sewon Map Poster
Sewon lies in Bantul Regency, just south of the city of Yogyakarta, on the central Javanese plain. From above, it is a patchwork: clusters of houses and narrow village lanes separated by rice fields and small plots. Main roads run south from the city toward the coast.
The district is home to ISI Yogyakarta, the Indonesian Institute of the Arts. Its campus brings students in painting, dance, music and craft to the area. That link to Yogyakarta's arts scene, together with the rural setting, gives Sewon a character quite different from the dense city just to the north.
A Sewon map poster shows the city's edge thinning into a looser pattern of villages and fields. Long, straight roads cross irregular clusters of lanes. It is a subtle but detailed composition, especially meaningful for anyone who studied or lived there.

Arts institute campus
The ISI Yogyakarta campus occupies a distinct block within the district. Its grounds and buildings stand out among the surrounding village lanes.
Villages and paddies
Small clusters of houses sit between open fields. This gives the poster a scattered, rhythmic texture unlike a city grid.

Näme üçin Sewon
Many bar bolan karta
Many people hang a map of Sewon to remember their years at the arts institute, a first rented room or a family home at the edge of Yogyakarta. It is a quiet reminder of a formative place.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a graduation year or a name. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Each gives the village pattern a different tone.
