Shek O Map Poster & Print
Shek O sits at the southeastern corner of Hong Kong Island, at the end of a winding road over the hills. It feels far removed from the towers of the harbour front. On a map it is a small cluster of lanes and village houses on a low neck of land, with the open South China Sea on one side and a sweep of sand on the other.
The beach at Shek O is one of the best known on the island, and the rocky headland beyond it pushes out into the water. Behind the village, the ridge carries the Dragon's Back trail, a popular walk with long sea views. Big Wave Bay lies just to the north, another curve of coastline on the same map.
A Shek O map poster is mostly about edges: the jagged coast, the smooth arc of the beach, the thin road coming over the hill. The village itself is a delicate knot of short streets. It is a very different image of Hong Kong, spacious and quiet, framed by rock and sea.

Dragon's Back ridge
The ridge above the village carries one of Hong Kong's most walked hiking trails, and its slopes fill much of the map as open ground.
Single approach road
One winding road leads over the hills into the village, a thin line that emphasises how separate Shek O feels from the city.

Näme üçin Shek O
Many bar bolan karta
Shek O is where many people in Hong Kong go for a slower day: a hike along the ridge, a swim, a meal in the village. A map of it keeps that pace on the wall.
Personalise the title and subtitle, add the date of a special weekend to the coordinates line, and choose among five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
