Stephenville Map Poster & Print
Stephenville is the seat of Erath County in north-central Texas, southwest of Fort Worth. Its centre follows a classic Texas pattern: a courthouse square with a grid of streets around it, then residential blocks, and further out, commercial strips along the highways. The North Bosque River runs through town and adds a winding green line to the map.
Tarleton State University, part of the Texas A&M University System, has a large campus in town, visible as a separate cluster of buildings, lawns and parking. Stephenville calls itself the Cowboy Capital of the World, a title tied to the many professional rodeo cowboys from the area, and Erath County is one of the leading dairy counties in Texas.
A Stephenville map poster balances order and landscape. The grid around the square is clear and regular, the campus adds a distinct pattern of its own, and the river and highways bring curves and long diagonals. Pulled back, the town sits within open ranch and farm country that stretches in every direction.

Tarleton campus
The university's buildings, lawns and walkways form a distinct block of their own, with a looser pattern than the surrounding streets.
North Bosque River
The river winds through town as a soft curve lined with parkland, a natural counterpoint to the straight streets around it.
