Open town grid
Wide streets and generous blocks set the tone of the town centre. At poster scale they read as a calm, spacious grid rather than a dense knot.

Vredenburg Map Poster & Print
Vredenburg lies on the flat, dry land of South Africa's West Coast peninsula. From above, its streets form a loose grid of wide roads and broad blocks. Neighbourhoods spread outward and meet open veld and farmland. The Atlantic is close on two sides, with the bay to the south and the open ocean to the west.
The town is the commercial centre of the Saldanha Bay Municipality. It serves nearby coastal places such as Saldanha and Paternoster, as well as the fishing and industrial activity around the bay. Its low-rise streets and open space reflect a region shaped by wind, sand and the sea.
A Vredenburg map poster shows a town laid out with plenty of room. Its main roads head toward the coast and neighbouring settlements. Residential areas each have their own pattern of streets, and the land around them stays open, so the town stands out clearly on the page.

Roads to the coast
Main routes lead out toward Saldanha Bay, Paternoster and the rest of the peninsula. They form long lines that connect the town to the shore.
West Coast veld
Low scrubland and farmland surround the built-up area. They leave broad, quiet margins that suit a minimalist print.
