Deer Valley lies in Utah's Wasatch Range, just southeast of the historic mining town of Park City. The resort spreads across several mountains, with a main base area at the foot of the slopes and a mid-mountain village higher up. From above, the pattern is one of curving roads and large houses threaded between wooded ski runs, a landscape where residential streets and pistes often sit side by side.
Deer Valley is known for a few choices that set it apart. It is one of the few resorts in North America that does not allow snowboarding, and it has built a reputation around grooming, service and limited ticket numbers. During the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics it hosted freestyle skiing events, including moguls and aerials, on runs still used today.
In recent years the resort has expanded east toward the Jordanelle Reservoir, adding new terrain and lifts on the slopes above the water. A Deer Valley map poster captures this wider footprint: Park City's streets to one side, the winding mountain roads in the middle, and the broad shape of the reservoir at the edge, all held together by the ridges of the range.

The slopes that hosted moguls and aerials in 2002 sit above the main base. They appear as clear corridors in the terrain, recognisable to anyone who watched those Games.
The large reservoir lies east of the resort and marks the direction of its newer expansion. Its broad, irregular shoreline gives the sheet a strong, solid shape at one edge.

Deer Valley regulars often have a particular lodge, run or house tied to many winters of family trips. A map of the mountain holds all of that at once, and its tidy lines suit the resort's calm, precise character.
Personalise the title, add a subtitle such as a family name or season, and set the coordinates to your favourite spot. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Order a matte print with an optional wooden frame, or download the HD files for $9.
