Golf course loops
Many golf courses cover the valley floor. Their fairways and the curving streets around them create sweeping, organic shapes across the map.

Rancho Mirage lies in the Coachella Valley in Southern California, between Cathedral City and Palm Desert. From above, it looks quite different from a typical American grid. Curving drives loop around golf courses, gated communities and private estates, while the bare slopes of the Santa Rosa Mountains rise sharply along the southern edge.
The city is known for its long association with presidents and celebrities. Sunnylands, the former Annenberg estate, has hosted many world leaders, and several main roads are named after entertainers, including Bob Hope Drive and Frank Sinatra Drive. Highway 111 runs along the base of the mountains and connects the valley towns.
A Rancho Mirage map poster turns this manicured landscape into flowing linework. Fairways appear as soft, open shapes, cul-de-sacs curl like tendrils, and the empty mountain ground frames it all. It is one of the more graphic desert maps, both elegant and a little unexpected.
Many golf courses cover the valley floor. Their fairways and the curving streets around them create sweeping, organic shapes across the map.
Bob Hope Drive and Frank Sinatra Drive cross the city. They are straight, strong lines through a softer pattern of residential loops.
The Santa Rosa Mountains press against the southern side of town. Where development stops, the map shifts abruptly into open, empty ground.

Ko e hā ʻa Rancho Mirage
A map of Rancho Mirage might remember winters in the desert, a wedding, or a favourite course. Its unusual curves make it feel more like an art piece than a street guide.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a home address or a special date. The Sand style suits the desert especially well, but all five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
