Streetsboro Map Poster & Print
Streetsboro is a city in Portage County, north-east Ohio, between the Cleveland and Akron areas. Its map is shaped by transport. Major highways cross the city, and commercial development lines the state routes that meet near the centre. Around these corridors lie residential neighbourhoods of curving streets and cul-de-sacs.
From above, the structure is easy to read. Busy arterial roads form the frame, the retail and industrial parks sit near the interchanges, and housing fills the spaces between them. Patches of woodland, ponds and small streams remain along the edges and between subdivisions.
A Streetsboro map poster shows a typical American suburban community in a clean graphic form. The strong lines of the highways contrast with the softer loops of the neighbourhoods, and the result is a composition that is far more interesting on paper than it might sound.

Commercial corridors
Shops and businesses cluster along the main roads, and their larger building footprints and car parks form a distinct band on the map.
Residential loops
Neighbourhoods of curving streets and cul-de-sacs fill the land between the arterials in soft, organic patterns.
