Ko e mape
Tomares sits on the eastern edge of the Aljarafe, the raised plateau west of Seville. It lies just a few kilometres from the city and above the wide plain of the Guadalquivir. On a map the town climbs the slope from the valley, with an older centre of irregular streets and newer residential areas spreading across the plateau.
In recent decades Tomares has grown as part of Seville's metropolitan area. Its layout reflects this growth. There are neat housing estates, looping access roads and ring-road connections next to the older blocks around the parish church. Remaining olive groves and green spaces appear between the newer neighbourhoods.
A Tomares map poster captures that transition between old and new. It shows the escarpment, the compact historic core, the curving streets of later developments and the highways that link the town to the capital. The composition feels layered, like a small town that became part of a large city without losing its own shape.
Tomares sits where the plateau falls toward the Guadalquivir plain. Its streets bend to follow the change in level along the slope.
The historic core has irregular, closely spaced streets. It forms a dense cluster clearly different from the looser layout of the newer districts.
Major roads connect Tomares to Seville and the surrounding towns, drawing strong lines along the eastern and southern edges of the map.

Ko e hā ʻa Tomares
Tomares is home for many people who work in Seville but prefer the plateau's quieter streets. A map of the town records that daily geography: the slope, the centre and the routes into the city.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and choose among five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand suits the Andalusian light especially well.
