Dieburg Map Poster & Print
Dieburg lies in southern Hesse, northeast of Darmstadt, on the flat land by the Gersprenz River. From above, the historic centre is a clear oval. The line of the old town fortifications and moats survives in the ring of streets and green spaces around it, and inside it the street pattern is tight and medieval. Outside, newer neighbourhoods spread over the plain.
The site has been settled since Roman times. In 1926 a Roman Mithraeum, a temple to the god Mithras, was found in Dieburg, and its carved relief is one of the region's most important Roman finds. Later buildings include the pilgrimage church and the Schloss Fechenbach, which now holds the town museum. A campus of Darmstadt's university of applied sciences brings students to the town.
A Dieburg map poster shows how a small German town keeps its old outline. The ring around the centre is easy to see, the Gersprenz runs along the edge, and the modern town spreads outward in looser shapes. It is a meaningful print for residents, students and anyone who has spent time in the Darmstadt area.

Neden Dieburg
Anlam taşıyan bir harita
Dieburg is a place to study, to raise children or to live within easy reach of Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A map of its old ring and river is a quiet way to mark the years spent there.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps with a graduation year or a street name. Paper and Sand suit the historic centre, and Classic black & white, Noir and Blueprint bring out the clear oval of the old town.
