Formigal Map Poster & Print
Formigal lies in the Tena valley in the province of Huesca, in the municipality of Sallent de Gállego, close to the French border. From above, the resort village sits on a slope above the upper Gállego river, and the ski area extends in several directions into side valleys and high bowls. The road continues north to the Portalet pass and into France.
Formigal is part of a larger ski area it shares with nearby Panticosa, which together make one of the largest ski domains in Spain. On the map the pistes spread widely over several ridges and basins. Down the valley, the Lanuza reservoir forms a long band of water on the river.
A Formigal map poster captures a broad, open piece of the Pyrenees, with several valleys, a border pass and a reservoir framing the resort. The network of lifts and runs gives the high ground a fine texture, while the river and road give it direction. It is a strong choice for anyone who spends winters in Aragon.

Lanuza reservoir
A reservoir on the Gállego river lies down the valley from the resort. Its long outline adds a smooth shape among the mountain contours.

Neden Formigal
Anlam taşıyan bir harita
Formigal is the winter home of many families from Zaragoza, Huesca and beyond, a place of long ski days and busy evenings in the village. A print of the valleys keeps that week in the mountains close all year.
You can personalise the title, add a subtitle in Spanish or English, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper and Sand suit the open, sunlit valleys of the Pyrenees.
