Valley-floor spine
The main streets run along the valley bottom, giving the town an elongated shape. On the poster this creates a strong linear composition that is easy to recognise.

Kremenets Map Poster & Print
Kremenets lies in the north of Ternopil Oblast in western Ukraine, in a narrow valley among the Kremenets Hills. The terrain gives the town its shape. Instead of spreading in all directions, it stretches along the valley floor. Streets follow the lowest ground, and steep slopes covered with woodland rise on both sides.
Above the town stands Castle Hill, with the ruins of a medieval fortress associated with Queen Bona Sforza. The town is also known for the Kremenets Lyceum, founded in the early nineteenth century, an important centre of learning in its day. The Polish Romantic poet Juliusz Słowacki was born here, and the Pochaiv Lavra lies not far away.
A Kremenets map poster shows a town defined by relief. The long spine of streets through the valley is flanked by empty space where the hills rise, and side lanes climb short distances before stopping. The composition feels narrow and directional, like a river of streets, and it carries a quiet sense of the town's long cultural history.

Castle Hill
The steep hill topped by the fortress ruins rises above the centre. On the map it appears as a distinct island of open space surrounded by curving paths.
Wooded slopes
Forested hills close in on both sides of the town. Their white space on the print frames the street pattern and emphasises how the landscape shaped Kremenets.

Neden Kremenets
Anlam taşıyan bir harita
Kremenets means something to Ukrainians, to Poles who know it through Słowacki and the Lyceum, and to descendants of the town's former Jewish community. A map poster is a restrained, respectful way to keep that connection visible at home.
The title and subtitle can be written in any language or script, alongside a date or family name, and the coordinates line is editable too. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
