Cerro Lambaré
The hill rises on the southern side of the city, with a monument at its top. On the poster, streets curve around its base and leave the wooded slope largely clear.

Lambaré Map Poster & Print
Lambaré lies just south of Asunción, part of the continuous urban area along the eastern bank of the Paraguay River. From above, its streets form a mostly regular grid. The grid bends and breaks where it meets the hill of Cerro Lambaré and the low, marshy land along the river. Main avenues run straight into the capital, and in places the boundary between the two is hard to see.
Cerro Lambaré is the city's landmark: a wooded hill topped by a monument to Cacique Lambaré, the Guaraní chief whose name the city carries. The summit gives wide views over the river and the bay of Asunción. To the west, the river and its floodplain form the national border with Argentina and a broad natural edge to the map.
A Lambaré map poster combines two textures: the dense residential grid, and the irregular shapes of the hill and the riverbank. It is a good choice for people in Greater Asunción who would rather hang their own neighbourhood than the more familiar map of the capital. It also suits anyone who has walked up the cerro to look out over the water.

Paraguay River edge
The river and its wetlands form the western boundary, a wide, irregular shoreline. It marks the border with Argentina and gives the map a natural edge.
Seamless with Asunción
To the north, Lambaré's grid runs into the capital's streets without a visible break. It shows how closely the two cities have grown together over the years.

Neden Lambaré
Anlam taşıyan bir harita
Lambaré is home to many families who commute into Asunción but think of the hill and the riverbank as their own. A personalised title, a subtitle with a date or a street, and the coordinates line make the print specific to the people who hang it.
Five styles are available: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Download the $9 HD files in six sizes, or order a printed poster on matte paper, with or without a wooden frame, shipped from a print partner near you.
