Leopoldshöhe Map Poster & Print
Leopoldshöhe lies in the Lippe district of North Rhine-Westphalia, between Bielefeld and Bad Salzuflen. It takes its name from a prince of Lippe named Leopold, and on the map it is less a single town than a group of villages and hamlets scattered across gently rolling countryside.
The landscape is typical of the Lippe uplands: small woods, hedged fields and streams in shallow valleys, with country roads connecting farmsteads and settlements. Houses often line the roads rather than clustering tightly, so the built areas appear as loose strands and small groups rather than a dense block.
A Leopoldshöhe map poster captures this dispersed pattern well. Roads branch across the page in irregular lines, villages form small knots where they meet, and the larger urban areas of Bielefeld and Bad Salzuflen sit just beyond. It is a restful composition, closer to a rural sketch than a city plan.

Lippe countryside
Rolling fields, patches of woodland and small stream valleys give the map a loose, natural texture typical of the Lippe region.
Between two towns
Leopoldshöhe sits between Bielefeld and Bad Salzuflen, so the edges of the map pick up the denser street patterns of its neighbours.
