Mangotsfield Map Poster & Print
Mangotsfield lies in South Gloucestershire on the northeastern fringe of Bristol, where the city's suburbs meet the older villages that were eventually absorbed into them. The map is dense with residential streets, many of them curving closes and crescents, and there are pockets of green space between the estates. The old village centre is still visible as a small cluster of older roads.
One of the most distinctive features is the Bristol and Bath Railway Path, a walking and cycling route built on a disused railway line. It passes through the area in a long, smooth line, and the site of the former Mangotsfield railway station lies along it. That line cuts cleanly through the suburban pattern.
A Mangotsfield map poster is a portrait of an English suburb with deeper roots. The looping housing estates, the straight old railway alignment and the fragments of countryside at the edge make for a detailed, textured image. It is the kind of map people recognise street by street, which is exactly why it works as a personal print.

Curving estates
Residential closes and crescents form looping shapes. Together they create a fine, intricate texture typical of English suburbs.
Old village core
A small cluster of older roads marks the original village, whose irregular pattern differs from the newer estates around it.
