Saint-Michel-sur-Orge Map Poster & Print
Saint-Michel-sur-Orge is a commune in Essonne, south of Paris, set above the valley of the Orge river. From above, the town combines curving residential streets, larger housing estates and patches of woodland and parkland, all arranged around the river and the rail line that connects it with the capital.
The RER C serves the town, and its tracks form a clear line through the map, linking Saint-Michel to Paris and the wider Île-de-France network. The Orge, a tributary of the Seine, winds along the edge of town, bordered by green paths and open spaces that give the area a softer outline.
A Saint-Michel-sur-Orge map poster captures the typical texture of a southern Paris suburb: loops of residential streets, main roads, the railway and the river valley. The mix of patterns makes a varied composition, and the green edges of the Orge add open spaces that give the design room to breathe.
