Old village core
The original centre of Seen is still visible in the street pattern, a small cluster of older lanes around which newer residential areas have grown.

Seen (Kreis 3) Map Poster & Print
Seen is District 3 of Winterthur, the second city of the canton of Zurich. It was an independent village until 1922, when it merged into the city along with Oberwinterthur, Töss, Veltheim and Wülflingen. From above, it reads as a quieter, greener part of Winterthur, with residential streets reaching out from the old village core.
The district sits on the city's southeastern side, and the landscape is more varied than in the flat centre. Streets bend with the terrain, and blocks of flats and houses give way to meadow and forest on the surrounding hills. The contrast between built-up areas and woodland is one of the map's most attractive features.
A Seen (Kreis 3) map poster suits people who chose this part of Winterthur for its mix of city access and open landscape. The print shows a real neighbourhood with a village history, not only a district number.

Wooded hills
Forest covers the rising ground on the edges of the district, giving the map large, soft areas of open space around the streets.
Residential streets
Curving roads and quiet side streets follow the terrain, forming a relaxed network that contrasts with the denser grid of central Winterthur.
