Şūrān Map Poster & Print
Şūrān lies in the Hama Governorate of central Syria, north of the city of Hama, on the broad agricultural plain that runs toward Idlib. From above, the town is a compact grouping of streets and low-rise blocks, set among fields whose rectangular parcels give the surrounding land a regular, patchwork texture that frames the settlement on every side.
The main north–south route linking Hama with Aleppo passes close to the town, and on a map the relationship between highway and settlement is clear: the long straight line of the road beside the looser pattern of local streets. The area was heavily affected by the Syrian conflict, which gives a map of the town particular personal meaning for many of its people.
A Şūrān map poster records the town as a clean arrangement of streets, roads and field boundaries. Without colour or labels competing for attention, the plan becomes a quiet, graphic memory of a place, suited to families who live there now and to those abroad who want to keep its outline close.

Hama–Aleppo corridor
The main road north from Hama runs close to Şūrān, adding a long, straight line to the composition that contrasts with the irregular local streets.
Field patterns
Beyond the houses, the plain is divided into rectangular plots and farm tracks, a fine geometric texture that frames the town on every side.
