The airfield
The runway of the Tit Mellil aerodrome is a single long, straight line with open ground around it. It is the clearest geometric feature on the map.

Tit Mellil Map Poster & Print
Tit Mellil lies on the eastern edge of the Casablanca metropolitan area, where the city's urban fabric starts to give way to open country. Its map shows a transition zone. Dense residential blocks and newer housing developments sit next to farmland, industrial plots and main roads leading into the city.
The most distinctive feature is the Tit Mellil aerodrome. It is a small airfield used mainly for general aviation and training, and its runway shows up on the map as a clean straight line with open ground around it. Elsewhere, the street pattern varies from tightly packed older blocks to the more regular layouts of planned housing.
A Tit Mellil map poster shows a place that is still growing, where a large city and the countryside meet. The composition includes a runway, a mix of street patterns and plenty of open land. It is less dense than central Casablanca but more varied, and it looks good in monochrome.

Urban fringe
Built-up blocks give way to fields and vacant land at the edges. The map shows the point where greater Casablanca's growth meets the surrounding countryside.
Mixed housing patterns
Older, tightly packed neighbourhoods sit next to newer developments laid out on regular plans, so the street texture changes noticeably from one area to the next.
