Seen from above, Agbor is organised around one strong line: the highway that links Benin City with Asaba and the Niger crossing. Most of the town's streets meet this road at an angle and then run off into the surrounding farmland. The printed result reads less like a planned grid and more like a spine with ribs, which gives the poster a clear direction.
Agbor is the main town of the Ika area in Delta State and the seat of a traditional kingdom whose ruler holds the title Dein of Agbor.
