Forest Hills lies on the eastern side of the Grand Rapids area in Kent County, Michigan. It isn't a traditional town with a main street and a grid; on the map, it appears as a wide suburban area of winding roads, loops and cul-de-sacs laid out across gently rolling, wooded land.
