Central grid
The older centre is laid out in regular rectangular blocks. They give the middle of the poster an orderly, almost checkerboard rhythm.

关于地图
Agudos Map Poster & Print
Agudos is in the interior of São Paulo state, a short distance from the larger city of Bauru. From above it follows the familiar pattern of towns in this region. A fairly regular grid of blocks makes up the centre, and newer neighbourhoods spread out along the approach roads. The town sits in gently rolling country, and the land around it is mostly farmed.
Beyond the edge of the town, the map changes character. Large agricultural and forestry areas surround Agudos, and at this scale they show up as wide open spaces crossed by a few long, straight rural roads. The contrast between the dense town blocks and the empty land around them gives the drawing a clear frame.
An Agudos map poster captures a typical settlement of the São Paulo interior without leaning on landmarks. The rectangular blocks of the centre, the looser layout of the outer districts and the regional roads heading towards Bauru together form a well-balanced composition. It is a plain, honest portrait of a working inland town.

Outer neighbourhoods
Newer residential areas branch out along the approach roads. Their layouts are looser, with curved streets and cul-de-sacs at the town edge.
Open countryside
Plantations and farmland surround the town. Only a few long rural roads cross them, and they leave generous blank space around the built-up area.

为什么选Agudos
一张有意义的地图
The map means most to those who grew up in Agudos or moved away from the São Paulo interior. It is a reminder of streets walked every day, and it works equally well in a living room or a home office.
The title, the subtitle and the coordinates line can all be personalised, so the print can mark a birth, a wedding or a move. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
