关于地图
Aparri Map Poster & Print
Aparri lies at the mouth of the Cagayan River, the longest river in the Philippines, on the northern coast of Luzon. On a map the setting is clear and dramatic. The broad river opens into the Babuyan Channel, and the town occupies the flat ground on its eastern bank. A compact grid of streets sits behind the shoreline, and farmland and marsh fill the delta beyond.
As the port at the river mouth, Aparri was historically the outlet for goods carried down the Cagayan Valley. It remains a fishing and trading town. Its position facing the open sea also means it is often mentioned in typhoon bulletins, as storms regularly cross this part of northern Luzon.
An Aparri map poster brings together three elements: the sea along the top, the wide curve of the river mouth, and the modest grid of the town between them. Roads lead south along the valley. The coastline and river shapes carry most of the design, which suits a simple, spacious print.
