Cuareim River
The border river winds along the town's northern edge between wooded banks. Its loops contrast sharply with the straight blocks on either side.

关于地图
Artigas Map Poster & Print
Artigas is the capital of Uruguay's northernmost department and sits on the southern bank of the Cuareim River, which forms the border with Brazil. Directly across the water is the Brazilian town of Quaraí, and a road bridge joins the two. On a map, the pair look like one settlement split by a winding green line, each side with its own grid.
The Uruguayan side follows the regular block layout common to towns in the region, with a central plaza and straight streets that thin out into open grassland. The Cuareim loops through wooded banks, giving the northern edge of the map a soft, irregular outline. The department is known for its amethyst and agate deposits, and semi-precious stones are an important part of the local economy.
An Artigas map poster makes a border town easy to read. The river divides it, one bridge joins the two sides, and two grids face each other in slightly different orientations. It tells a story about neighbours, trade and shared daily life on the frontier, and it is especially meaningful for families who have lived on both banks.

International bridge
A single road crossing ties Artigas to Quaraí in Brazil. It is the one line on the map that connects the two national street grids.
Central grid
Regular square blocks around the main plaza make up the core, and the grid loosens into open farmland towards the south and east.

为什么选Artigas
一张有意义的地图
Border towns make especially clear maps, and this one shows the frontier as a winding river rather than a line on paper. It is a fitting gift for anyone from Artigas, or anyone whose family moves easily between Uruguay and Brazil.
Put the town's name in the title, add Quaraí or a date in the subtitle, and choose one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. For $9 you get 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF files in six sizes, with no watermark.
