关于地图
Asakura Map Poster & Print
Asakura lies in southern Fukuoka Prefecture along the north bank of the Chikugo River. The landscape shifts from flat, irrigated paddy fields near the river to wooded hills to the north. Settlements are spread across this land in clusters, linked by roads that follow the river and the valleys.
The city is known for the Mitsuguruma, three connected waterwheels that lift water from an irrigation channel into the fields, a working system dating back to the Edo period. In the hills, Akizuki is a small former castle town with preserved streets, stone walls and seasonal foliage.
An Asakura map poster captures a landscape shaped by water: the river, the channels that feed the fields, and the valleys leading up into the hills. It is a gentle, spread-out composition, very different from a dense city grid.

Irrigation channels
Canals and channels cross the paddy land, feeding the fields and the famous waterwheels. They create fine, winding lines between roads.
Akizuki castle town
In the northern hills, Akizuki's old streets sit in a narrow valley, a compact cluster set apart from the plain below.

为什么选Asakura
一张有意义的地图
Asakura draws people who grew up among its fields or who visit Akizuki for its autumn colours. A map of the river and hills keeps that landscape present at home.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps a family name or visit date, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose from five styles; Paper suits the rural setting, Noir sharpens the river and channels.
