关于地图
Asso Map Poster & Print
Asso lies in the south of Wakayama Prefecture on the Kii Peninsula, a region of steep, forested hills that run close to the Pacific coast. In this terrain, settlements follow the valleys, and on a map the houses and roads trace the valley floor while the slopes around them remain largely empty.
Rivers here descend quickly from the mountains towards the sea, and roads run beside them, crossing on short bridges. Fields and small orchards take up whatever flat land the valley allows, leaving the built-up area long and narrow.
An Asso map poster is a study in how land shapes a place. The contrast between the dense line of the valley and the blank forested hills gives the composition strength, and the curves of river and road add movement across the frame.

River and bridges
A river runs through the valley, with the road beside it and short bridges connecting the two banks at intervals.
Forested slopes
Steep, wooded hills surround the settlement and appear on the map as open space, which frames the built-up line sharply.

为什么选Asso
一张有意义的地图
Southern Wakayama is a region people often leave for larger cities and return to for family visits. A map of the valley keeps that landscape on the wall in a calm, minimal form.
You can change the title, subtitle and coordinates line to add a name or a date, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
