The crossroads
The meeting point of Leesburg Pike and Columbia Pike sits near the middle of the map. The broad junction and the roads leaving it in four directions organise everything else.

关于地图
Baileys Crossroads Map Poster & Print
Baileys Crossroads is an unincorporated community in Fairfax County, just outside the Arlington and Alexandria city lines. It takes its name from the intersection at its centre, where Leesburg Pike and Columbia Pike cross. From above, almost everything arranges itself around those two roads and the large junction where they meet.
Around the crossroads, the map shows a suburban pattern built for the car. There are big shopping-centre blocks with parking, clusters of high-rise apartment and office towers, garden-apartment complexes set in curving loops, and single-family streets filling the space behind them. Seven Corners, another busy junction, is close by to the northwest. The community's name goes back to the Bailey family, whose circus once kept its animals here in winter.
A Baileys Crossroads map poster makes the logic of a junction community visible. Two major routes cross, and the neighbourhoods fill the spaces between them in a mix of large and small footprints. It is an honest image of a place that many people in the Washington area pass through daily and that thousands call home.

Tower clusters
Groups of tall residential and office buildings rise near the intersection. Their compact footprints and surrounding parking create a distinctive pattern in the street grid.
Curving apartment courts
Behind the main roads, garden-apartment complexes follow looping drives and courtyards. These loose, rounded forms contrast with the straight arterials.

为什么选Baileys Crossroads
一张有意义的地图
Baileys Crossroads is a first American address for many families and a long-term home for many more. A map of the intersection and the streets around it records a specific place in the Washington region that often goes unnamed on larger maps.
The title, subtitle and coordinates are all editable, so you can add a street, a building or the year you moved in. Choose from Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to match the room you have in mind.
