关于地图
Balombo Map Poster & Print
Balombo is a municipal seat in Angola's Benguela Province, inland from the coast on the way up toward the central highlands. On the map it is a compact town set in uneven country, with roads following the terrain as they approach from the surrounding valleys and ridges.
The centre has a small, fairly regular street pattern, the kind laid out around a main administrative area, with more informal neighbourhoods spreading outward from it. Streams cut through the land nearby, and around the town, farm plots and scattered settlements break the landscape into irregular patches.
A Balombo map poster works in a simple way: a clear urban core, roads that bend to the landscape, and open ground on all sides. It is best suited to people with a personal connection to the town, and to anyone who wants a quiet, uncrowded map for the wall.

Winding approaches
Roads into town follow valleys and ridgelines instead of straight lines, giving the outer part of the map gentle, uneven curves.
Upland setting
Uneven terrain, streams and scattered farms surround the town, so the built-up area sits as a distinct island on the poster.

为什么选Balombo
一张有意义的地图
For Angolans in Luanda, Benguela or abroad whose families come from here, this map shows home at a scale that feels personal. The small town set in open country leaves room for a meaningful title.
Edit the title, subtitle and coordinates line, in Portuguese or English, perhaps with a family name or an important year. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, as $9 HD files or as a printed poster.
