关于地图
Borūjerd Map Poster & Print
Borūjerd lies in the north of Lorestan province, on a wide, well-watered plain enclosed by the ranges of the Zagros mountains. On the map the city forms a dense core of older streets and bazaar lanes, surrounded by newer districts laid out on straighter lines, with orchards and cultivated fields filling the plain beyond the built edge.
The city's Jameh Mosque dates back to the Seljuk period and is one of the notable historic mosques of western Iran. Borūjerd has long been a regional centre for trade and religious learning, and it is associated with Grand Ayatollah Hossein Borujerdi, one of the most influential Shia scholars of the twentieth century, who was born here.
Mountains close the view on several sides, and the city's growth follows the gentler ground between them. A Borūjerd map poster captures the shift from a close-knit historic centre to the open plain, with roads leaving the city toward Khorramabad, Malayer and Dorud across farmland and low hills, each a clear line through the surrounding pattern of fields.

Jameh Mosque
The historic Friday Mosque sits within the older fabric of the city, one of its oldest landmarks, dating back to the Seljuk era and surrounded by traditional neighbourhoods.
Surrounding plain
Fields, orchards and irrigation channels spread outward across the flat valley floor, giving the poster a finely patterned frame before the mountains begin.

为什么选Borūjerd
一张有意义的地图
For people from Lorestan living in Tehran or abroad, Borūjerd is a place of family, bazaars and mountain air. A map offers a restrained way to hold on to that, without relying on old photographs or postcards.
The title, subtitle and coordinates can all be personalised, for example with a family name, a neighbourhood or a wedding date. Choose one of five styles: Sand suits the plain, while Noir brings out the dense historic centre.
