The airport runway
Rome Ciampino's runway lies beside the town as a single, clean stroke. It is the most noticeable shape on the poster and immediately recognisable to travellers.

关于地图
Ciampino Map Poster & Print
Ciampino is southeast of Rome, where the city's outskirts meet the first slopes of the Alban Hills. It is best known for its airport, one of Rome's two, and on the map the runway is a long, pale bar alongside the town. Several railway lines also converge here, crossing the street plan in sweeping diagonal curves.
Once part of Marino, Ciampino became a separate comune in the second half of the twentieth century. The residential streets fill the spaces between the tracks, the airport and the main roads toward Rome. To the southeast, the ground rises toward the Castelli Romani towns, and roads start to follow the contours.
A Ciampino map poster captures a place defined by movement: a runway, rail lines and roads heading into Rome. The streets in between are tightly packed and domestic. The contrast between infrastructure and neighbourhood makes it a strong, graphic map.

Converging railways
Several rail lines meet and split here. Their long curves cut through the street grid and give the map strong diagonal movement.
Toward the Castelli
Along the southeastern edge, the street pattern loosens and starts to climb toward the Alban Hills and the Castelli Romani towns.

为什么选Ciampino
一张有意义的地图
For many visitors, Ciampino is where their trip to Rome started. For residents, it is a real town with its own streets and routines. A map poster works for both: a memento of arrival, or a portrait of home beside the runway.
Personalise the title and subtitle, perhaps with a flight date, and adjust the coordinates line. Then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Get the 300 DPI files for $9, or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
