Planned grid
The centre is built on a regular pattern of straight streets and even blocks, laid out when the town was founded. This grid remains the core of the map.

关于地图
Colorado Map Poster & Print
Colorado is a municipality in the north of Paraná, near the border with São Paulo state, in a region settled largely during the twentieth-century expansion of coffee farming. Like many towns founded in that period, it was laid out on a regular grid, and the map shows it clearly: straight streets and square blocks, a few avenues crossing the centre, and fields pressing close on every side.
The surrounding land is highly productive, with deep red soils that once supported coffee and now carry soybeans, corn and sugarcane among other crops. The Paranapanema River, which marks the boundary with São Paulo, lies to the north, and local roads link Colorado with neighbouring towns in the region.
A Colorado map poster shows how a planned town sits within a working landscape. The grid is neat and compact, and the farm roads around it carry the same straight lines outward. In black and white the result is orderly and graphic, with a clean edge between town and countryside.

Central avenues
A few wider avenues cross the grid and carry most of the town's traffic. They stand out as slightly heavier lines among the regular streets.
Farmland edge
Around the town, fields form large, geometric parcels crossed by straight rural roads, continuing the logic of the grid into the countryside.

为什么选Colorado
一张有意义的地图
Colorado is the kind of town people carry with them long after they move to Maringá, Curitiba or São Paulo. A map of its streets suits a family home or a farm office, and makes a good gift for parents who stayed.
Add your own title and subtitle, perhaps a family name and the year you arrived, and edit the coordinates line. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Digital files cost $9, and printed posters with an optional frame ship from partners in over 30 countries.
