Main street axes
A few longer roads run through the town and organise the blocks around them. On the map they give the small centre a clear direction.

关于地图
Fátima Map Poster & Print
Fátima is a small municipality in the north-east of Bahia, inland from the coast in the region's semi-arid belt. The town forms a tight cluster of streets. It has a few longer roads that serve as main axes, and short cross streets fill in between them. Beyond the last houses, the map opens into countryside marked by roads and tracks leading to rural settlements.
The town shares its name with the Portuguese pilgrimage site, a reminder of how strong Catholic tradition is in north-eastern Brazil. Local life is closely tied to the surrounding farmland and to the rhythms of the dry interior, as it is in many towns across this part of Bahia.
A Fátima map poster relies on restraint. With no coast or major river in the frame, the small urban core becomes the focal point, surrounded by generous empty space. The result is a modest, well-balanced print that suits a quiet corner of a home.

Tight urban core
The built-up area is small and dense. It reads as a single, recognisable shape against the lighter background of the countryside.
Rural tracks
Thin lines lead out of town to farms and hamlets. They carry the design out to the edges of the sheet without crowding it.

为什么选Fátima
一张有意义的地图
A map of Fátima is a personal choice, usually made by someone who was born there, has family there or remembers it well. It says something about origin without needing any explanation.
You can set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Buy the $9 HD files to print locally, or order a matte poster shipped from a nearby print partner.
