关于地图
Glugor Map Poster & Print
Glugor, often spelled Gelugor, lies on the eastern side of Penang Island, a few kilometres south of the historic centre of George Town. It sits between the hills of the island's interior and the channel facing the mainland, so the map shows a band of dense development squeezed between green slopes to the west and open water to the east.
The largest single feature is the main campus of Universiti Sains Malaysia, a wide, leafy site whose buildings and internal roads form a distinct pattern within the suburb. Around it are housing estates, apartment towers and older neighbourhoods, laced together by a few busy arterial roads running roughly north to south along the coast.
Glugor is also where the Penang Bridge reaches the island, its long straight deck leaving the shore and running across the strait to Seberang Perai. A Glugor map poster shows that meeting point clearly: the campus, the coastal highway, the bridge heading out over the water and the rising hills behind.

Penang Bridge
The bridge leaves the coast here and crosses the channel to the mainland, a single straight line drawn boldly across open water.
Hills and coast
Forested high ground rises on the western side while the shoreline runs along the east, compressing the suburb into a narrow, busy band.

一张有意义的地图
Glugor means something to generations of USM students and staff, as well as to the families who live around the campus. A map of the suburb, with the bridge reaching out to the mainland, holds both study years and home.
Add a graduation year, a faculty or a family name in the subtitle and adjust the title and coordinates line. Pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The download costs $9, and printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
