Ridge-top centre
The town's centre sits on higher ground, with streets following the line of the hill. This gives it a slightly elongated, natural outline.

关于地图
Gombe Map Poster & Print
Gombe is a town in Uganda's Central Region, in the gently rolling country west of Kampala. The landscape here is a sequence of low, rounded hills separated by wetland valleys. On a map the town occupies higher ground, and its streets spread along ridges, while the valleys below remain largely open.
The countryside around Gombe is farmed in small plots, with banana, coffee and other crops grown on the slopes. Narrow roads and tracks link scattered homesteads to the town centre and to larger routes toward Kampala and other regional towns. The wetlands in the valleys appear as soft, open areas between the ridges.
A Gombe map poster is a quiet portrait of a small market town and its rural surroundings. There are no grand avenues or waterfronts, just a compact centre on its hill, roads following the ridges and valleys threading through the land in between. It is a modest and honest image of the place.

Wetland valleys
Swampy valleys lie between the hills around Gombe. On the map they appear as open, unbuilt areas that separate one ridge from the next.
Farm roads
Small roads and tracks branch out across the hills to reach homesteads and plots. Together they form a loose, irregular network around the town.
