Residential grid
Regular blocks of houses cover most of the borough. Their repeating rows create an even texture across the poster.

关于地图
Greenfield Park Map Poster & Print
Greenfield Park is on the South Shore of the St. Lawrence, across the river from Montreal. It was a separate municipality until the 2002 municipal mergers and is now a borough of Longueuil. Its map is plainly suburban: mostly residential streets set in a regular pattern, broken up by a few larger arterial roads.
From above, the neighbourhood has an orderly geometry. Residential blocks line up in neat rows, some straight and some gently curved, and small parks and school grounds appear as pale rectangles among them. Busier boulevards form the edges and the through routes, giving each district a clear frame.
The area has historically had a strong English-speaking community within a largely French-speaking region, which gives it a particular place in South Shore life. A Greenfield Park map poster records the quiet order of the streets without anything added, the kind of map that people who grew up here recognise straight away.

Arterial boulevards
A handful of wide boulevards cut through and around the neighbourhood. They are the strongest lines on the map and frame the residential blocks.
Parks and schoolyards
Small green spaces and school grounds appear as open shapes within the grid and break up the density of the streets.

为什么选Greenfield Park
一张有意义的地图
It is a good fit for a family home, a first house on the South Shore, or someone who has moved away and misses the street they grew up on. A plain street map suits a neighbourhood like this.
Change the title, subtitle and coordinates to mark a street, a year or a name, and pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to match your interior.
