关于地图
Gretna Map Poster & Print
Gretna lies on the west bank of the Mississippi River, directly across from New Orleans, and serves as the seat of Jefferson Parish. On a map, the river dominates: a broad, curving band that wraps along the city's northern edge, with the levee tracing its shoulder. Just upstream, the Crescent City Connection bridges carry traffic high over the water towards downtown New Orleans.
Behind the levee, Gretna's older neighbourhoods follow a regular grid of short blocks, an orderly pattern that stands out against the river's sweep. Further south, the Westbank Expressway and the newer suburban streets take over. The historic district near the river, with its courthouse and old railway depot, keeps much of the town's early character.
A Gretna map poster shows a river town in its plainest form, with water on one side and a neat grid on the other. The name is often said to recall Gretna Green in Scotland, a nod to the town's old reputation as a place where couples could marry quickly. That story makes the map an unusually fitting wedding gift.

为什么选Gretna
一张有意义的地图
Gretna is a place of ferries, levee walks and festival weekends, and a map of it speaks to anyone who lives on the West Bank or married here. The river gives the print a strong, instantly readable shape.
Add names and a wedding date in the title and subtitle, or keep the coordinates line as it is. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, as $9 HD files or a printed poster.
